Covenant House California
Covenant House California is a non-profit youth shelter with locations in Hollywood, Oakland, and Berkeley that provides sanctuary and support for trafficked youth and youth experiencing homelessness, age 18-24. CHC believes that no young person deserves to be homeless; that every young person in California deserves shelter food, clothing, education, and most importantly, to be loved.
Serving over 4,700 youth a year, CHC provides a full continuum of services to meet the physical, emotional, educational, vocational, and spiritual well-being of young people, in order to provide them with the best chance for success in independence.
LEAP provides educational arts programs to promote access and equity for NYC students underserved in the arts. LEAP inspires diverse school communities to love learning, and build their creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Established in 1960, Aeranwon provides teen and young mothers in crisis with a one-stop network service. The programs in the network assume the responsibility of delivering babies safely and support mothers and their babies comprehensively until they are able to stand on their own feet in the local community. In Aeranwon, young mothers can receive the stable service of accommodation, delivery, postpartum, and more.
